			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are very excited to announce that the world-renowned parenting and teaching expert Rabbi Dov Brezak is coming to town from Israel next Sunday and Monday, February 5th and 6th. He will be leading an interactive workshop titled &#8220;Respect, A Remnant of the Past? Effective Strategies for teaching children respect in our turbulent times&#8221; at Torah Day School at 8:00 PM on Sunday, night. The cost is $10 a person or $15 a couple.</p>

He is also a frequent guest lecturer for community organizations. A native of New York who received his ordination from Beth Medrash Govoha Rabbinical Seminary in 1998, Rabbi Zakon enjoys biking, good books, and good conversation. He and his wife Devorah, who received her M.A. in speech pathology from Brooklyn College in 1996, joined the ranks of DATA in August 2000. They have four children, Miriam, Yaakov, Shifra and Nechuma.</p>

<p>David was born and raised in New York City. He attended Harvard College, graduating with a degree in Government. While there he began his comedy writing career as an editor of the school&#8217;s humor magazine, The Harvard Lampoon. Upon graduating, David moved to Los Angeles and began writing for television. Among the shows he&#8217;s worked for are &#8220;The Simpsons&#8221;, where he won an Emmy Award, and &#8220;Third Rock from the Sun&#8221; for which he won a Golden Globe Award and &#8220;Malcolm in the Middle&#8221;.</p>
